By using Hi Albee you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.
AI responses are generated algorithmically. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. You accept responsibility for how you interpret and use them.
Premium features are billed via Apple or Google. Renewal and cancellation terms follow the respective store policies. All payments are processed securely through those platforms; Hi Albee LLC does not store payment details.
Hi Albee LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may also discontinue use at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above and make the new version available in the app and on our website. Continued use of Hi Albee after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
